Here’s an opportunity for a young Nigerian woman to win up to 1million Naira for a business idea. SheaMoisture Nigeria is out to empower female entrepreneurs in their Finding Sofi Tucker Competition.
The competiton will award three winners with the following prizes:
Winner: N1,000,000 + SheaMoisture products
1st Runner Up: N200,000 + SheaMoisture products
2nd Runner Up: N100,000 + SheaMoisture products
To participate, create a business plan video pitch not more than 20mb. Register on the competition’s website and upload your business plan with a cover letter. Participants will also be required to post a video on why they are the Young Sofi Tucker on their Facebook and Instagram pages, tagging @sheamoisture.nigeria. The top 10 finalists will be chosen by public votes, then the winners will be selected by SheaMoisture.
To be eligible to participate in the competition, you must:
- Be female, reside in Nigeria and be a Nigerian
- Have a clear business plan
- Possess and Entrepreneurial spirit
- Be between the ages of 16-35
- Have a convincing passion for SME of choice
- No educational qualification required
